The role of brothers and sisters with affairs

Brothers and sisters can be a major help in dealing with affairs. Siblings often have a freedom in confronting each other and addressing issues that are not always open to other relationships. With siblings, the blood relationship remains intact no matter what is said. Many other familial relationships have limitations of one sort or another. Siblings often have the ability to address issues in a head-on manner, unless you are a brother-in-law or sister-in-law. The “in-law” suffix limits your ability to step in and speak your mind.

Although the cheater or the resolute spouse may not want to hear what you have to say, they often need to hear what siblings have to say or know about what they have seen. Although siblings can be brutal, they also want the best for their sibling who is in the midst of problems.

The whole situation can get twisted if the siblings are tied into the affair situation. Some of the most messed up family situations occur when there are affairs between siblings or in-laws.
