Is adultery no longer a crime in Britain?

Relationships are complicated enough when the adulterer maintains a double-standard regarding affairs. With all its complications, it pales in comparison to when a nation lives by a double standard regarding marital fidelity. It seems that government ministers in Britain, where polygamy is illegal have approved giving government benefits and recognition to multiple wives. The ministers added the loophole stating that they had to be married in a nation that allows multiple wives, in order to ease their conscience.  The crazy making message that such a stand creates will make it difficult if not impossible to disapprove of affairs. Some suspect it is catering to Islamic sensitivities, which raises even more concerns over “who is the infidel?” The meanings of the word changes. Infidels to Islam is different that an infidel regarding marriage. The confusion will make maintaining a one-woman one-man relationship in Britain a challenge for sure.

I wish Britain, and British marriages the best in sorting through the mess.
