One of the common traits of those caught up in affairs is a lack of future planning. They do not look very far into the future. Sure there are the wild fantasies about the future, but this is just talk to seduce their lover, not that they actually have a vision of the future. There is difference between having a vision of the future and fantasizing about an affair. People having affairs often have a sense of the future more akin to the people who shop at Wal-Mart rather than those who have a long term future vision. Many times, they only consider what they have to do and say in order to get into someones knickers. In some cases, they have thought enough into the future to plan out how to get into your knickers several more times as well.
If they had a future vision, they would not be having an affair. If they had a true sense of vision, they would have considered the long-term consequences on an affair on their reputation and your reputation. They would know that an affair may ruin their reputation. When they are talking about a future with you, they may be talking about years in the future, but they are thinking about getting into your pants that evening. You hear about the future, they are only thinking a few hours or days ahead.
Before you get caught up in an affair either as the lover or the cheater, be aware that those having an affair often engage in the future planning that extends as far into the future of getting into someone’s pants. All the talk about future plans are only seduction talk.
