A lesson in Trauma Recovery from Pablo Picasso

Although Pablo Picasso is not one of my favorite artists, there are some important lessons I’ve learned from him. I often use his quote “When I don’t have red, I use blue”.

His knack for creativity was amazing. Picasso was known for having creative uses for everyday objects, which he turned into artistic creations. On making that transformation, the price of those objects went up as well.

When it comes to dealing with trauma, including affair trauma, you can use the material in the video on overcoming Affair Trauma for other experiences as well. Like using blue when you are out of red, you can use it in dealing with childhood trauma, reactions to extreme events and accumulated trauma.

Although you may have ‘survived’ some bad experiences, each one wears away at your coping abilities. When you’ve been through enough, your coping abilities are depleted.

There are chemicals inside your body that enable you to maintain your resilience. I hope you are one of those fortunate enough to have enough to make it through many crises.

There are some of you who’ve been so wounded or wounded so many times, you don’t just bounce back. Each setback and disappointment takes longer to recover from.

When you find yourself cratering and wondering how that happened, it could be that with all that you’ve been through, it finally caught up with you. If so, you can benefit from the material in Overcoming Affair Trauma.

You don’t have to have experienced an affair to benefit from it. Traumas hurt, no matter what caused them. You don’t have to be knocked down and stay down. Don’t let the name fool limit your ability to use it.

There are ways of rebuilding, restoring and refreshing your resilience. Like Picasso, you may not have an affair, but you can use the material in dealing with your hurts.

When I’m out of red, I use blue“. Picasso continued using his beloved paint in creating. He knew that what the paint was called was of little concern.

If you struggle with traumas and wounds, you are only a few clicks away from starting your healing.

Keeping It Real,

Jeff
