Making Changes

After and affair has occurred, many changes need to occur. Even though these changes are needed, there are times people persist in not making changes. Some changes are easy, like changing out the bedroom furniture if your spouse had relations with his or her paramour in the bedroom. Other changes do not come so easy or simply. Some of the reasons for not making those changes include:

1. Not knowing or acknowledging there is a problem

2. Knowing a problem exists, but not knowing what needs to be done.

3. Choosing not to do what needs to be done.

When faced with these kinds of situations, the answer to them is to ‘decide’. In making decisions, they will cut some things off and stop some activities. There is no way to make changes without the necessary cutting off of the old. When the brain is engaged to make a decision, it produces focus. Once there is focus, you have direction.

One essential point to keep in mind is that most critical decisions are made without knowing what the outcome will be. If you are a person that wants total assurance of what will happen, you are in for a surprise.

Keeping this in mind. The time to start making decisions is now.
