Why you need to trust your gut

When you get that strange feeling that things aren’t right, how do you deal with it?

You may choose ignoring those sensations in your gut. You may be one of those who don’t know how to tell one type of sensation from another, in which case, you may medicate it, drink or drug it off or dismiss it.

Each of those sensations is alerting you to to something going on needing your attention. This includes self-care along with relationship issues.

There has been some interesting research about DNA which have some fascinating ramifications for couples and affairs. You may want to watch the video link and see for yourself.

Researcher found that DNA and the emotional responses to it are not limited by time and space. This adds support to the idea that your ‘gut level’ reactions may be onto something.

Your body really is telling you something, if you’re listening to it. When you can’t trust your gut, you likely can’t trust others as well.

The next step after listening is acting on those sensations. Just noticing them is not enough. When they motivate you to action, there are reasons for it.

So before you dismiss them, you may want to reconsider what the reactions mean.

Improving trust includes trusting yourself as well as your spouse. If you don’t know where to begin, the video, “How Can I Trust You Again?” is a place you can start.

In the video, you’ll learn ways of improving your ability to trust again.

Best Regards,

Jeff
