When you are living with a cheater, there may be times that you feel like a hostage. The cheater may control many aspects of your life and leave you feeling powerless and hopeless. You may even be living in a country that is not your own and no one speaks your language. In such a situation, the feeling is being a hostage is intensified, since you do not have a support network and can’t even talk to someone about what you are going through. Suffering in desperation is tough enough. When few if any speak your language, it becomes suffering in quiet desperation while being silenced.
When faced with such a situation, what are your options? One is to use the internet to cultivate a support group. This could be in the form of a forum, blog, or website that you can find helpful information and can share your story. Having to keep silent only adds to the overwhelming pain you are suffering through. With the internet, you have access to counselors and coaches who can speak your language. You will want to take advantage of that. If there is no help nearby, then use the internet to find some. There may not be a counselor within 250 miles of where you live, but they are available at the nearest WI-FI connection. With the internet, you may be talking with someone thousands of miles away for help with the problem in the next room.
Affairs do not respect national boundaries. They occur in many nations. They are not limited by religion. Some may even tolerate or covertly sanction adultery. Regardless of where you are, there is help. You may not be able to get out of your situation, but you can get some emotional, and mental support which may be what you need to keep from feeling like you are loosing your mind in dealing with your situation.

I am in contact with a lady who is from Athens Greece. she is being held hostage by a man in Mayllasia, he lured her there by telling her he was a lawyer and he could help her solve a legal problem she had. That legal problem was to get money back from a man who scammed her out of money. Now it turns out this man who holds her hostage is not a lawyer and he has her captive and demands money from her, he has already taken all she has but she owns some land in Greece, he demands that she sell it and he will take the money and let her go, I do not believe he will let her go I think he will kill her, he has other people there he is doing the same thing to. I do not know what to do, she talks to me on facebook but can only say what he tells her to say, it breaks my heart, I do not have the means to help her, I fear for her life and she knows what will happen when he has no more use for her, is there no way to help this woman, does no one care. please just give me advice on what to do. God bless anyone who reads this, I am skeptical because I have written several letters like this and no one even bothers to answer, if there is anyone reading this, I beg you if you can help in any way, please for this woman’s life please tell me. thank you
