Rude Awakenings!

On cold mornings, you may enjoy staying in a warm bed. Leaving the comfy cocoon of your bed and stepping out into the cold is not something that you look forward to. In a similar vein, cheaters often want to remain in the cocoon of their fantasy and not face the hard cold world of reality. When they are confronted with the hard, cold reality, they may react with crying, screaming, denying, gnashing of teeth and other strong responses.

Cheaters often do not face the harsh cold reality of what they have done with open loving arms. If you expect the cheater to lovingly accept your confrontation without a reaction, you are mistaken. Although some cheaters are relieved when they are found out, most do not. Most only face reality kicking and screaming all the way. They have not wanted to face the facts, much like not wanting to face the cold morning.

Sure, you can let the cheater stay in their cocoon and keep the peace in your home by avoiding conflict. It does nothing to improve your marriage to leave them alone. When you begin hurting bad enough, then you will act. Then you will take them out of their cocoon and wake them up to the reality of what is actually going on.

In waking them and yourself up to the reality, you will need resources and help.

Some of the resources available are 1) my free newsletter 2) my e-book on surviving the affair 3) my webinar on sure fire ways to survive the affair 4) my video series and 5) the Affair Recovery Group that I will be involved in.
