You can track them down in New Jersey

The ruling of an appellate judge in New Jersey has cleared the way for you to use GPS in tracking down a wayward cheating spouse. The ruling allows spouses to use GPS without it being considered an invasion of privacy. Although New Jersey allows it, the matter has not been settled in other States.

In terms of cheating, these are fascinating times in terms of how it is legal to use GPS, but some States don’t allow you to hack your spouse’s e-mail account. Rather than make assumptions about what is ‘acceptable’ in your state, you may want to investigate the matter first. You can still track them and hunt them down, yet there may be legal repercussions for your actions. This is one of those areas that you need to consider risk versus benefits. Does the benefit outweigh the risks involved?
